Question about Disney gift card

I have one out of a 3 pack from sams club that one number is rubbed half off. I tried to enter it by what I thought the number and it doesn't say that is isn't activated but that is doesn't recognize the number or it's not a valid number. Anyone have this happen? I assume the card will still work when I use it in the park because of them sweeping it through the machine. The other 2 cards in the 3 pack are activated correctly.

Is there a toll free number to call for help? I would start there.
I always verify the value on a gift card when I get home with it. If there's an issue I'd much rather deal with it at home than wasting precious vacation time dealing with it.
