Question about DCL bus from WDW resorts to Port Canaveral

I am just curious...is the cost $39 OW or is it for RT...and do you need to reserve the RT at the same time? Thanks!

$39 each way or $78 round-trip (for Port Canaveral). You can book 1 leg or both.

Pre-covid, DCL transfers picked up at WDW much later and an early character breakfast was definitely possible. However, since the restart pick-up has been much earlier -- often with arrival at the port before it opens to the general public. I would not chance a character breakfast that morning even at your own resort.

I remembered if you sail on a Disney cruise more than 7 nights they use to offer a character breakfast there use to be a VIP character breakfast or Disney Junior character breakfast but they don't do them now.
They do royal court royal tea or if you are on the Wish they do olafs royal picnic for extra charge.
At Animators palate they do turtle talk with Crush.
