question about code end dates

reading the Jan code watch thread has made me wonder the following....

there is rumor of a code coming soon that may cover through til mid-April...(end of Peak season 4/16)...we were going to start our stay on 4/17 to be in reg season....

if a code does end on 4/16....if you book a stay to run from 4/16-4/23 would you get the code rate for the whole stay or only for the 16th?

I sure would like to get in on this next code and not have to start a "waiting for April codes" thread

I believe that if you book your vacation before the end of the code date, you'll obtain that rate for the length of your stay.

Unfortunately our stay is going to be two seperate dates arriving 4/14 - 4/17 then cruise for 4/17 - 4/21 then back at a resort 4/21 -4/23.

I'm hoping to get a discounted rate for the first 3 nights because we booked 2 rooms at CBR and it would be awesome to get a discount.
