Question about closing

I sent in my final payment a couple of weeks ago, although my contract stated they would bill my cc on 12-26. I spoke to my guide and she said she would let MS accounting know I was sending a check early.

Now it has been almost two weeks, and although I am in the system, I have no points showing (either regular or DP). So if MS accounting waited until yesterday to process my payment, approximately when will I see my points in my account?

You should be in the system. Give MS call again and ask them to have a look if you can't see points, etc. Recently some have mentioned some glitches seeing points online so perhaps that may be why you don't see them as of yet.

Your account and points are input by different people. Sometimes the point people get backed up. I would call MS and they can verify where you are in the pile.

Under My Membership,
click on My Vacation Points. This will bring you to a new screen.
Click on View Activity Statement
Where it says: "Select Use Year Range" pick a beggining and ending date (I always pick the longest range) and click on GO

You should be able to see the points allocation there. (I was able to see this even before I closed. ) None of the BLT points are current, yet. (The first possible UY is FEB 09).

As for the DPs, I don't think you will not be able to see them on line. I know mine do not show up, but Member Services can see them. (I already used some DP points for a weekend a couple of weeks ago ).

Thanks dcfromva, I did get that sorted and just booked SSR for March 09 using my DPs.
