Question about child's ages for POFQ

I am asking this for a friend about childrens ages staying at the POFQ.If they have 2 adults and two teenagers and one child under 3,can they still stay there because I know they limit the rooms to 4,but since one is under 3 I wasn't sure.I know Riverside has different limits,but since we've never had this come up before,need to know.Thanks

POFQ sleeps four plus one under the age of three. The under three year old will need to sleep in a pack and play.
