Question about check in for SW

This is the first time I have 3 different confirmation numbers for myself and my 2 children. We had credits and had to book our tickets separately. I am assuming I have to check in for each one of us but the email reminder for our upcoming trip showed all of our flights in one email.

Has anyone experienced this before?

The last time DW and I had two different confirmation numbers after buying tickets on points we had to check in separately. I think I recall DW getting an email reminder showing both. We had also purchased early bird check in so we weren't too worried about checking in.

Just a suggestion to help keep your boarding positions as close as possible, open up 3 browser windows with the individual confirmation numbers.
Once you get one assigned, close out of that window, go to the next and get that signed, etc....... So, basically you'll have three windows pre-polulated with the passenger info and then click and go.

To add onto this, you can also check in on the SW app, so you could theoretically check-in at the same time (browser and app at the same moment).

And FWIW, if your boarding numbers are separated, you can all opt to board together at the highest boarding position between you.

When we had two confirmation numbers, I used my iPhone for one set of numbers and my computer for the other set. Our numbers turned out consecutive.

Whereas on occasion we’ve been booked together on one reservation and didn’t get consecutive numbers. Southwest is funny sometimes.
