Question about Candlelight Processional

I am sorry about posting here not sure where to post the question..I am usually here or Budget so feel free to move.
My niece is going to Disney for honeymoon and booked thru travel agent and has meal plan... can she or how would she book the CP package? can you do that with the meal plan? thank you for any input... I just don't want her to miss that..

The Candlelight Processional dinner package can be booked using 2 Table Service credits per person. Packages can be booked by calling Disney Dining at 407-939-3463.

Oh thank you that is exactly what I needed to know...I had just found out they were going and I just know about regular booking not a meal plan one...Thank you so much...
