We are considering whether to keep our November sailing on the Fantasy in light of COVID changes, but in the meantime our booking window is open for port activities (gold). Naturally they were all sold out when I checked at midnight, but i noticed that several of the cabanas did not appear in the list - specifically #1, 16, and 17. When I chatted with a CM, they told me one of these is a wedding cabana, and two are accessible and would need to be booked through the special services team only for people that require an accessible cabana. Is this new or known, and might I expect these to pop up in the list at some point if no special needs guests book them?

I have no direct knowledge of this, but, I will say, if it operates the same way as the accessible staterooms, I would say you have a shot. We ended up getting a 1-bedroom accessible stateroom on the Fantasy a few years ago because no one had booked it and they released it into the general inventory.

This is not new. 1 is the accessible cabana, 16 is always kept in reserve by the onboard Concierge team so they can accommodate a late request from onboard Concierge guests (or the first group on the waiting list if no one in Concierge wants it). I didn’t know about 17.
