I was just on US web site to buy tickets for our Sept. trip. We are getting the 2 parks/2 day passes with free childs pass. It stated at the bottom of the screen they are for Kiosk pick-up only. Can someone explain what Kiosk is? Is this only in Florida and can I buy my tix now and get them when I go in Sept. Sorry for so many questions. TIA, Melissa

purchase your tickets on line. Print them. Then when you arrive at the gate at universal or IOA look for a kiosk that has a computer screen on it. For identification purposes only swipe the credit card that you used to purchase it (very important you must have the exact credit card you used). then put in the confirmation code. It will then dispense your tickets. You may now proceed to the turnstile. If you have annual passes whether it is the prefered annual pass or the power pass you must go have your picture take to receive your pass.

This is really very easy and much cheaper than having your ticket vouchers mailed to you because kiosk pickup is free.

after you order your tickets, you get a confirmation that you print out and bring with you. your order will be stored with UO until you pick them up in september. the kiosks look like ATM's. like Kimberly said, don't forget the confirmation and the same card you ordered the tickets with. it takes less than a minute to print your tickets.
