Question about booking reservation

I know this is probably a dumb question but we are new. Can you call to book a non-home reserot at 7 months from check in date or 7 months from check out date?

All ressie windows are from the check-in date, whether it is 11 or 7 month, and you can book up to 7 nights from your check-in date.
