Hi, 3 adults going-if I purchase 1 annual pass, can I go on line and book 2 separate rooms with the pass? I would book a king suite for my husband and I, then a "regular" room for my son. I would book both of them at the same time-thanks!!!

I believe the answer is no, that there must be an AP holder listed as a guest on each room reservation. But someone please chime in if my understanding is incorrect.

Occasionally, you'll see availability for a guaranteed connecting room (I'm thinking of the aventura kids suite + 2 queen connecting room and I think there's also something at hard rock that is 3 queens connected to each other, there may be more) and my impression is that those ARE bookable with one AP. I think your best bet is to call reservations to double check.

Universal's terms have varied over time, but booking up to two rooms under the AP rate has generally been permitted. If you're booking online and the system allows you to reserve both rooms at the AP rate, that's usually a good sign. I have done it with my son and his girlfriend in the exact same situation, and they never asked me anything. They didn't even make me put my name on the room.

At the end of the day, 99% of the people behind the desk don’t care; they just want to confirm you are who you say you are and move on to the next guest.
