Question about booking 180 days out?

We are staying on site. Four adults and one infant. When I make my reservations, is it enough that we are all linked "family & friends" on the app OR does it need to say "plans managed by me" for each person. That's what it says for the infant. I'm assuming that's because she is an infant. I want to be clear before I sit down to make all my reservations. Thanks!

If they are showing on your MDE, I believe you are ok. When you make a reservation, it will ask who will be managing and you select yourself. After confirming the ADR, you can specify the rest of the dining party. To be sure, I suggest making a reservation before your 180 arrives for a date that is already open to confirm that it works, then just cancel it. (Be sure to include the infant your headcount when you do make your ADRs)

For dining reservations it really doesn't matter if you're all linked or not. You can make the reservations for 5 people without listing any specific names (as PP said, be sure to include the infant).

The only person whose name/account need to be linked to the reservation is the lead guest (the person making the reservation), you don't even have to touch the drop-down menus for the rest of the guests, just move on to the next page.
