Question about Birthday Fun Card

Say you show up a DL ticket window on your birthday and want the Birthday Fun card. I know they'll give it to you if you already have tickets to the park, but my question is do they make you show them the tickets to the park?

Or, can you just show up at the window, show ID, tell them you already have tickets and receive your fun card?

A seperate question is do you have to get the Birthday Fun card at the ticketbooth outside, or is there a place you can get it inside the park after you've been admitted?

I'm sure you would have to show them your ticket. Otherwise other people would do it even if they didn't already have admission.

As to getting the Fun Card somewhere besides the ticket booths, my friend got hers at Guest Services in DCA. (with her AP). You can also do it inside DL. The line at DCA will usually be shorter.
