Hoping someone can help...

My mom has a picture that she's had for many years and i've been trying to find out more about it. Sorry, I don't have an imagine, but I assume most disney diehards will know the picture. It's a photograph of Walt Disney with hand up on the doorframe and his shadow appears in the shape of mickey. I've heard it is in Club 33, but don't know for sure. Anyone know the image and anything about it. Photographer, name of piece, etc??

Thanks!

I know the image you mean. It is on the cover of the book "Walt Disney: An American Original" and there is a copy of it hanging in Club 33. It has also been used on various merchandise, including watches.

No idea who created the image or if it has a name, but it has been around since at least the 1980s. It appears someone photoshopped the Mickey shadow into a photo of Walt from the 1930s.

I have not been to club 33 (yet) so I cannot say for sure but I believe you are talking about "A Man and his Mouse".

Here is a link.

That is it, thank you!! She's had the picture for about 30 years and I started thinking about it after watching a Walt special last night.
