I am now going to disneyland with my cousin and her 2 kids in October for halloween.

The flights are not yet up for easyjet but air france flights are up and as far as I am aware easyjet flights from newcastle always seem to end up in paris well after 6pm on sundays so therefore we are really missing out on a paid day in the parks!

Airfrance have a ticky box thing on their site saying tick this box if the people in this flight are your family or your partner etc etc. Now I am wondering does that mean your partner and kids or would it still include extended family.

reason I am asking is that the prices coming back a hell of alot cheaper with it being a ticked box as a family.

I am just wondering why this is so.

Also which terminal do these flights with air france usually fly to.

I thought this was something only for domestic flights in France :confused3 Hopefully someone can help :thumbsup2

yeah it does say that next to the box, but what the hell are domestic flights? sorry you can probably tell I know nothing of flights but i just wonder why they give you a ticky box option if they dont apply to your country.

I don't use Air France, but a domestic flight is a flight within one country ie one airport in France to another airport in France, or Birmingham to Glasgow for example.

I noticed exactly the same thing. If you tick the box, the flight prices come back loads cheaper.
However domestic flights mean flights within your own country NOT from one country to another.
I don't know whether it would make a difference ticking this box by "mistake" to get a cheaper flight. I don't understand either why there is such a huge price difference as well. In my case over £700 difference for 4 tickets!!

Yes I have noticed as well though if you tick this box and go to the next step you are still confirming getting a flight from newcastle england to france, so i wonder if they could actually stop you from flying!!!!

I would love to know the answer to this.

Also re: terminals. I'm flying with Airfrance in May and it goes to terminal 2F.

I am tempoted to just select that offer and pay the lowest amount, seriously I can get a flight for myself for £62 to france but if I add my daughter it is over £400 each for us to fly to france this is not a return either!

If I tick the box with the family thing then I can get it for £62 each for both of us.

Surely over £400 pound for a flight per person to france is wrong!!!!

I have emailed them to ask but dont know when I will get a reply

I've just checked with DH and we definitely didn't tick that box either time we've booked flights as it states only applicable to French domestic flights and we still got very cheap flights.

I've played around with the site for our dates in August and am getting various different prices up, both ticking and un-ticking that box, ranging from only a few pounds more than we paid up to over £1000 more :scared1:

I think there must be problems with the website. :confused3
