Do you mean the Rainforest Room? No. You would have to buy three day passes before the cruise. They only sell week-long passes on board.

You would just want to buy 3 single day passes via Gifts and Amenities, which you would call or fax in the form.
You will get a card in your cabin that you will take up to the Spa when you would like to redeem your days. The passes are good for all day and multiple times a day of course. The Rainforest is one of my favorite places. Enjoy!
