Hello, Ijust came back from a wonderful land/sea vacation in december....and haven't booked another cruise while onboard...I just hate myself for it :guilty: My question is : would I have gotten some kind of special if I had booked just a 3 or 4 day cruise? I was under the impression that the rebates apply only on 7 day cruises.

Also my sister is going on a 7 day cruise at the end of Jan.... can she book for 2 families and also get the rebate for both families. The 2nd familiy being us castaway club members...Thanks for your help.

$100 shipboard credit is what I was told...BUT the prices were higher for going and I got the best deal by going through Costco travel and using my Disney Visa to pay so I got a $50 shipboard credit anyway. So really it is only a difference of $50 but actually I paid alot less through Costco. I guess I could have booked it onboard and switched it over but now I know for next time :) And still got the $100 credit.
Does anyone know if they would stack the $50 disney Visa onto the $100 ship credit?

If you book onboard you get a $100 onboard credit per stateroom for a 3 or 4 day cruise. Your onboard credit for a 7 day cruise is $200.

Sometimes booking through companies like Costco can make for or surpass the onboard credit benefit so you have to shop around. You may not have missed out on anything at all depending on the price you get outside of DCL.

Yes, friends and family can book for you. We were just on a cruise in August and we booked 4 staterooms for our family members.

BTW...it is not a rebate, but an onboard credit.
