Good Morning dear friends and thank you all so deeply and sincerely for all your extra prayers. Pea, I appreciate your kind share so very much. Prayers indeed for your patient. as I have said God willing one day when I am 100%, I will absolutely never take being that way for granted again. Daily pain sure does take a toll and is no fun. I sincerely do pray to have an attitude of gratitude and to be of thankful heart. I remember that forever He is with me, He is for me and through Him this too shall pass. Just not always easy of course especially when I'm in agony

Prayers the Voltaren will help him, as you know it made things worse for me
Have you or anyone on here ever tried Tiger Balm? My next-door neighbor, Y, who I will share more about in a minute, has offered to let me try some of hers. She has said it helped her and a friend of hers as well. There just has to be something that can, especially, in the throes of pain and extra during the night, offer me relief! I remember when I first began healing from daily TMJ pain by God's Mercy back in 2009. He brought the kindest doctor, a TMJ specialist into my life who has long since gone onto be an Angel of the Lord, that first tried the Pain Ease on me. That made a life changing difference. It helped to immediately alleviate so very much set in soreness from muscle/nerve/joint pain. I believe there has to be something similar that would work for feet! It is not recommended, btw, to use Pain ease on feet.
Dad and I were indeed so blessed by God to once again be able to spend yesterday together. No matter what there is joy and always a reaosn to give thanks.
Y, our next-door neighbor last night, kindly loaned to me her walker. She has two and obviously only needs one. I will absolutely try that out this afternoon when dad comes home from the laundromat and Ralphs. I am so very helpful the walker will allow me to feel much more secure walking and of course make walking much easier. Right now, I've been using walls/furniture. I have found walls, and the bathroom towel racks are the best because they don't move and are so sturdy. Chairs not so much. I am praying the walker will act more like a helpful wall. Absolutely going to try my very best to heal and God willing maybe before Christmas! I just can't imagine this continuing into 2024. It can't! Thank you all always for all your extra support, love, and prayers.
My favorite treat yesterday was simply enjoying a second 5-6oz of hot chocolate. For me, that truly was an extra delight. I know lol that small amount of hot chocolate and made with milk is not horrible for me at all. I just try to not drink more than that small amount a day. I do enjoy it
I thank each of you also for sharing your traditions and celebrations new and old. I also pray each of you did indeed experience some added peace on Thanksgiving. Sunday begins the Holy season of Advent! Still looking for a small manger scene like I was last year. Yes, I know I was picky about that. Pea, thank you extra for so trying to help me with that last year. I'm also still hoping to find a multi ornament stand/ The other thing is how do all of you hang your stockings? Dad and I don't have a mantle. We usually lay our stockings flat on our card table. I am wondering if a stocking holder meant for a tabletop would work without being pulled down of course by the weight of the stocking's contents. We would either place the holders on the card table or on top of a bookcase. I would appreciate any ideas.
Hugs to all and Happy Friday too!
