Cons: They messed up my reservation and I had a struggle to get a room upon arrival. The maid left coffee packets (no cream or sugar) only one morning. When I called desk, they told me I could come to lobby and get more, but would not bring to the room. They said she would leave them the next day,but she never did. I left a/c on each day when we went to the Parks,but came back to find maid had turned it off, and room warm and who wants to wait for it to cool down after hot, humid Fla. weather? Remote on tv broken, toilet handle kept sticking. No sign of renovation I could see--paint chipped in severalplaces in bathroom. World's thinnest towels. Dishwasher, yes, but no dishrag or detergent.
Continental breakfast not bad,but only one toaster for toaster waffles and 20 people in line waiting for it. Also, only one milk spigot for those wanting milk on cereal. Hot tub not working and every night of four I called they promised me it would "be working in the morning,"but it wasn't. Pool that was advertised as heated was not heated.
Pros: Good location. Two bedrooms adequate for five people. Not much else I can say.
