Quality inn on Manchester?

I am looking for any info on this place. I have points to stay at a Choice Hotel, and am leaning toward this one since it looks like the closest to the parks. Are any of the others as close or closer? Choice hotels include Comfort Inn, Clarions, Quality's, Sleep Inns, Cambria's,& Mainstays. anyone have any advice or tips? TIA!!!:wizard:
