I booked a 2 nights at pops with qsdp. I am checking-in on a sunday & am staying sunday and monday night. Can I use the dining plan on tuesday in the parks, even if I am technically "checked-out" of the resort?

Your dining credit should be good until midnight of the day you check out.

Yep ;-) Until midnight on date of checkout all DP credits are accessible after that their gone so ya got all day

Just to be sure you've got it correctly...

You're staying two nights, so you have a total of four QS meals and two snacks per person which can be used from the time you check in until midnight of the day you check out.
