QSDP and toddler-how to do it?

After a week on the cruise, we are staying with DVC points for three nights at OKW. We are toying with the idea of doing the quick service dining plan. I know Good's doesn't have a lot of choices, but we have APs so I'm not too worried about variety.

My concern is that we'll have our 18 month old with us. She willingly eats whatever we are eating, but if you've done the QSDP with a toddler before I would love any tips.

Oh, and we do have AR for Tusker House breakfast one day.

TIA

I often share my CS meals with my niece.

1/2 chicken meal, pizza

breakfast platter

I'm sure there are more things. I'm picky so I don't even do the breakfast platter. I share a waffle with strawberry topping.

Most CS also have sides that you can either use a snack credit for or OOP-yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, etc.

There is always plenty to share. In December I got a cheese pizza meal in the MK that came with salad and then got a side of breadsticks for me and my DSs (4 & 1) and there was food leftover. I dare say I could have split the meal with my mom and the boys which is what we wished we had done!

With two adult meals, you shouldn't have an issue. When we went on the DDP when my oldest was 2, two adult meals were plenty for the 3 of us at CS.

Be aware that you can often buy a side of many menu items even if the side is not listed on the menu.

My daughter is not a big eater, and we often ordered her a side of mac and cheese or similar that only cost us a couple of bucks.

I'm not a big fast food eater. I don't really eat burgers or chicken (or meat in general, really).

So we had our 2 year old with no credits and a 5 year old and 2 adults. We would order 2 adult meals, 1 child's meal and use a snack credit to order 1 extra side dish, like extra fries or something.

That means we ended up with 3 drinks, 2 large entrees, one small one, 4 side dishes and 3 desserts. And trust me, it was MORE than enough!

Thank you all so much! We almost are always there for a week in the villa, so we do a lot of home cooking (to save $ and calories). I don't think I've ordered a QS "meal" in years--just a drink or snack.

We just got back from 2 weeks qs and stayed at POR, our dd is 20 months and we did fine on the dinning with her, between our meals and the snack credits she had more than enough food. We ate at he earl of sandwhich a few times and i just had a salad with the dressing on the side so she had some cheese, chicken, tomato and cucumber from that and then had some of daddys roll and a grape fruit cup for desert and me and oh shared his so a healthy meal for her with no chips in sight lol. Also at the hotel we got yoghurt as a desert for her and if me and oh wanted to eat something that we knew she wouldnt then we would get her a kids meal ($5.32) a few places (electric umbrella and americain epcot- the onesi rememeber) do a grilled chick wrap which we would get with grapes and splitnit in 2 and that did her 2 meals in one day with some snacky things from our meals. I was really worried if we would have enough food for her etc but she did fine. Have fun

We have shared many a CS meal with a toddler or even older kid. There is plenty of food and we usually supplement with a Snack credit and get a yogurt or fruit for the little one.
