We use the vast majority of our snack credits for breakfast as sliced fruit cups, yougurt, dry cereal, etc. Anything left tends to go to Karamell Kuche @ the German Pavilion to take home and Dole Whip floats whenever the mood hits at the parks or Poly.
As a pp said easy place to use QS is Epcot. Get what you want and no need to make a decision ahead of time. None of my party liked the egg/pork rolls sold from the food truck outside the China Pavilion though.
So far at MK, we bought a turkey leg @ Tortuga Inn and salad at the Liberty Sq Market. One of each served 2 of us for a light meal. I think each item qualified for QS but am not sure since we were OOP at the time. Since we have stayed at monorail hotels in the past I try to avoid eating in MK. Early in, back to the hotel for lunch and/or a nap then back to MK later in the day.
AK: Harambe Market; always something to try from Flame Tree
HS: Catalina Eddie's has a decent Caesar salad and you can have chicken added if you like. Right next door is Rosie's All American which serves a park style burger w/ lettuce and tomato. CE and Rosie's share outdoor seating under the shade so you can order from either and sit together. ABC Commissary has a nice roast chicken and if you like wet ribs they offer that as well. Nice to sit in an A/C spot when the weather is humid.
