Qs re DCL transfer from port to airport

We are interested in the DCL transfer from port to airport, but I have a few questions. First, there is no charge for a 20 month old, right? Second, how long is the wait to board the bus and take off? (We didn't like our last Magical Express transfer from airport to resort in May because we had to wait and wait for the bus to fill before taking off.) I figure with so many people disembarking, the buses should be filled rather quickly. Third, are there particular buses for those with particular flight times or do you just get in line and board?

I don't know for sure if you have to pay for your 20 month old. As waiting for the bus, when you get out there are several busses lined up ready to go. You tell a CM which airline and they will guide you to the appropriate bus. Some airlines will allow you to check in your luggage right there on the port, I forget the list but I think the major MCO carriers are on the list. I know JetBlue is not. We only waited a few minutes for our bus to load. Last cruise we had a 12:30 flight and was in the terminal waiting at our gate by 11:00, and we did not feel rushed at all. DCL recommends you do not book your return flight before 12:00.
