Which would be a better option for 2 Adults(6Nights/7Days), we only have 1 TS reservation made and thought maybe QS would save time and money. Yes were DVC members

You need to compare the menu prices of what you like to eat.

I will preface this by saying that I don't know a lot about the QS dining plan. I don't know how many meals you get with the plan or how often YOU dine out. But for US, we would go OOP.

We tend to eat breakfast in the room before we leave, so no meal needed there. We stop and have a snack mid-morning, eat a later-ish lunch (we share) and then have a normal-ish dinner time. Again, we share. We maybe have another snack before bed. Since we only eat about 2 "meals" between the two of us, and a few snacks, I'm not sure we'd get our money's worth out of the QS plan.

We definitely save money getting what we want OOP instead of maximizing the use of those credits. I feel much happier getting what I want instead of thinking, "this isn't a good use of xxx credit" or "I am not hungry enough for this meal to myself, but we need to use these credits up." Everyone is different, so the QS plan may suit your needs better.

I have done both. In comparing the two, I found that if you eat deserts and the most expesive item on the menu, you should either break even our actually come out ahead when using the quick service dinning plan. If your family doesnt eat alot of deserts, or tends to purchase less expensive items such as salads, then you might actually spend less some money by paying out of pocket instead of purchasing the dinning plan.
My last trip I did out of pocket, ate what I wanted and still spent less money than what the dinning plan would have cost. (2 adults and 2 children)
Check out the menus for any given park on any given day and compare the two cost.

Good Luck.

I'd recommend OOP -it's hard to "get your money's worth" on the QS plan.

I hate ordering things I don't really want because they are more expensive and I don't want to "leave money on the table".

I don't usually want (and definitely do not need) the desserts.

Six nights of QS food at Disney is too long for me to eat fast food.

I like the option of eating off site or at one of the non-participating places, like those in the Swan & Dolphin. I can make a fairly inexpensive meal at a TS restaurant by ordering just an appetizer or two.

OOP helps me make better choices.
