If I order through the US/IoA website their "1 day hopper" it has no expiration right? And therefore its not like I am buying a park ticket for a specific date right? Also, I print them out right?

Does anyone prefer buying them @ US/IoA over ordering them? I am only saving the quoted $20 if I order on line ONLY if I was doing multiday tickets, the 1 day should be the same @ the entrance?

Yes, you are correct on all counts. The only thing is that if you buy them at the gate you have to wait in line.
