QS Discrepancies - Please help

I will be making my first trip using the QS dining plan very soon. The pdf flyer from the Disney website that I found today is VERY different from the one on the board. They both seemingly cover the same time frame but the list of restraunts that are accepting the plan is different. The list from Disney does not include some places I had planned on eating at. Does anyone know why there is a difference? Can I no longer use the QS plan at WPE or Tangierine?

That link you posted is to the pdf of the Dining Plan brochure published in 7/08 - this was before Disney had their 2009 contracts with all the outside venders (which is most of Downtown Disney & a lot of Epcot.) So you need the 1/09 version:

This one has the restaurants you're looking for. If you got that other link off the Walt Disneyworld official site...well, they've been doing a lot of changes on there & could be it's an error on the site linking back to the unrevised brochure. There have been numerous trip reports since 1/09 giving reviews of dining plan use at Tangierine Cafe & Wolfgang Puck so you should be good to go!
