Any favorite options to use a QS meal credit in Epcot and Disney Springs? I will likely get an alcoholic drink with the meal so places with good drink options are important!

Ooh that sounds interesting. Are there any restrictions on the entree you can order on the QS dining plan?
You just can't get the Butcher Board (For 2) but at $23, the Baby Back Ribs is great value. The small-batch cocktails are an option for the drink included with the meal, not sure about the other drinks.

Wolfgang puck express in the springs is a good QS as well

Beer and wine only there

I love the food in the World Showcase.
Mexico- the margaritas are yummy!
Tangierine Cafe- the platters are enough to share
Yorkshire Fish shoppe- Fish and chips

Another vote for Polite Pig! If you are on the DDP this quick service meal is the bomb! I had the brisket and substituted a second side for the slaw for $4 OOP. Included was a really good Mule (served in a copper cup if eating in!) and my sides were the Mac N Cheese and the BBQ Cauliflower. The Mac was ok, but the Cauliflower was off the charts good! I took leftovers (and yes they had to go boxes) and had two more meals off of the one meal in my room (which had a microwave because it was DVC). Total 100% endorsement for the Polite Pig!!!!!!
