QS ADR?

do we have to do an ADR for QS meals? I see people talking about it, but is it only certain places like BOG?
I think we only did 1 or 2 QS meals last trip in 2013, but we didn't reserve but the lines were ridiculous.
If we do do an ADR for QS, which places can we do it at?

Only at BOG...some have been able to get walk up there without an ADR, but that is not often
