Q re: Windsor Hills Movie Theater

Do they have a set list of movies that they show? Is there a schedule somewhere? Or do they show movies by request? Is there any cost involved? In your experience, how crowded was the theater?

TIA for any info.

it's been a couple of years, but when we were there....

1. There was no cost.
2. They had a list of movies that played (via DVD on the big screen I believe) throughout the day
3. I "think" you could request a movie a day or so in advance, but am not 100% sure.
4. We brought in our own food & drinks. There were 10 of us there and other than that it probably had another 20-30 people. This was for a 7ish show on a weeknight.

Agree with above poster. At 7pm show all kids show up in pj's carrying microwave popcorn and drinks. It was just like watching a movie at your house with more people. Every morning list goes up with movies and times for the day and can request a movie for next day.

I wish we were able to take advantage of this during our WH stay a couple weeks ago.

They had a thick binder in the sundries shop with oodles of movies to choose from. As others have said, you can make a request for the next day's movie (or same day if no one has made a request). We were there during a slow period, so there were some days when they didn't show a movie due to no requests.

I agree! It was one of those things that sounded fun to do, but we just ran out of time to do everything. (Like how Hubby and I would have liked to spend another day at Animal Kingdom but the kids just wanted to hang at the Windsor Hills pool! LOL) Maybe this time around we can fit it in...
