I did it!
Thanks to everyone who encouraged me to “do it all”. With only a few hours to spare before my Amazon Prime trial membership expired I watched ALL episodes. Not the ideal way to BINGE binge watch (I had to watch seven the last day) but I’m glad I got through it.
A few takeaways
—costumes, amazing
— sets, amazing
— dialogue, amazing
— some great characters in addition to the stars (I was curious about Reid Scott (Gordon Ford) and when I looked him up saw he went to the local high school and graduated from the college I went to

Looking forward to seeing a few of the actors in different roles
Having also loved Gilmore Girls, I think I’ll put Amy Sherman-Palladino on my list of people who I’d like to have dinner with (being stranded on a desert island with seems a bit much
)
Now back to reading. Just downloaded Covenant of Water on my phone, 1400 pages
