Q: Holding Points -> Reservation Points -> Cancel??

What happens if you cancel a Disney Collection reservation, beyond the 5-day deadline, that was booked on Holding Points? I understand the points become "Reservation Points" -- but are they still subject to the 60-day Holding Point restriction? Thx!

My understanding is no, the holding account issue is a non factor.
