Sure, unless you are trading out through some of the "collections", like "World Passport" etc. Those trades require a 7 day trade.

absolutely subject to availability, I've done it several times and there are no restrictions on doing so. though minimum stays could be instituted in the future I don't know of anyone who expects it to happen.

some require a minimum stay and others do not. Only II is for 7 days.

you can stay offsite cheaper (other timeshares or skyauction) - then stay on site only on those nights that you know you will be visiting Disney!!!
