I am not familiar with the quick and casual meal vouchers and wondered if any Canadian Diser's have used them and with what success? I do not know if they are worth it or not since don't you have to purchase them somewhere from the U.S. so wouldn't I also have to consider shipping and customs fees?

Please enlighten me on these vouchers!!!!

Thank-you.
Hope everyone is enjoying their thanksgiving weekend!

I started looking into this and decided to wait to buy them. You can purchase them from online places, such as connections, but they only are worth it if you use them at certain places. Here is a really good discussion board, including how to get them:

Q&C vouchers

I found this board incredibly helpful in making my decision about purchasing them. It will work great if you use them at the right place.

Take a look. I do not know if they ship to Canada or not, but it may be worth a shot.

Hi Riu girl! Well I haven't used them yet but I did buy some to use on the trip. I suggest that you look at the thread suggested by ChrisJo which gives you all the information needed as well as the prices they sell for (about 12$ if I remember correctly for Q&C and 31$ for Premium lunch vouchers).
Make sure to look at the restaurants where it can be used and have a look at their menus to see if it's worth it. One thing is that by buying some, it's less money that you'll be spending once there. Also in looking at the menu consider that taxes and tips are included with the vouchers!
I bought mine on E-bay. Bought Q&Cs for 2 meals and Premiums for 1 meal. You don't want to be too tied down for your meals....When buying on E-bay, be very careful as I saw a lot of people buying Q&C for more than 30$. Carefully look at the shipping costs as each seller can have different prices. Was able to buy for one meal with no shippng costs, the rest I bought from the same person on two separate bids and only had to pay shipping once (6$). The Q&C's cost me about 15$ each and the Premiums 32$. Received them within a week without any problems!
Hope this helps!

Thanks for all of the info. Is anybody familiar with meal vouchers that are purchased in AK to be used only in AK? I read a thread about it some time ago but can't find it now.

I believe those vouchers are $11.99 for adults. You get a choice of a entree and a drink. You also get coupons for a popcorn or ice cream and another drink later. It's a really great deal :)

Correct me if I am wrong but I believe Connections will not ship to Canada. You need a charge card with an american address. At least that is what I understand. Has anyone ordered from conections to Canada successfully? If one cannot do that, what is the best way to get these vouchers?

I have bought the vouchers for a meal in Animal Kingdom. I believe they have to be used the same day. They are great value. We used ours at flame tree barbeque. We bought them at ther cashier, then cashed them in for lunch right away. The beverage and ice cream or popcorn part of the voucher can be used at any stand in AK.
