Q: Are Owner's Locker deliveries subject to rumored Resort Package Fees?

If WDW Resorts activate the rumored Resort Package Fees, will each Owner's Locker be subject to the $10 (?) delivery fee?

We signed for one of the BCV Christmas trees and on the sheet it mentioned a $25 fee for packages up to 100 lbs. This was on a WDW form, not Fed EX for instance. I wondered if we would be charged for that fee, but no, there was no charge on our bill. I just came across that sheet of pink paper last night...I'm throwing away stuff. The form was "Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resort Incomnig Package Status." So a $10 fee is less than what they are charging for some packages.

Everything I have read indicates the fee is for packages processed by IKON for Disney. That would be UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL etc....

If it comes to the front door then probably not. Now, I think step two is going to be a charge for "excessive" storage. which still won't get your OL since they deliver and pick up on the days you arrive and leave. Those fridge swaps where the fridges are stored for weeks... those may hit a charge.

The OL, Garden Grocer etc really are just like you or I arriving too early to get a room.
