Q about MNSSHP dates!

My mom, dad and I are planning to go to MNSSHP in the far future (2014-2016) and I was wondering the following:

1)Canadian Thanksgiving is always on the 10th. Do they always have a MNSSHP on the Candian Thanksgiving weekend?

What I mean is this: We get Sat,Sun and Mon off all the time. I am planning on becoming a teacher (hense my name) and really badly needed to know if they have one during those 3 days.

Please ask if you need me to clarify more.

There 'should' be one on either Sun or Mon night nights in October. Last year they were Sundays and this year they switched to Mondays.

But what I've learned is the dates are very unpredictible. For example there is no party Monday, October 9 this year.

The only way to guarantee catching a party is to go a whole week or go later in the month as they have more parties scheduled toward the end of the month.

No, there is not always a party on October 10th. There is party on October 10th this year and there was one on the 10th in 2003 but not in any other year.

It can vary from year to year.

Like I said in my first post, the dates vary from year to year. This year the parties are on Fridays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays but not on those nights every week, especially in the beginning of October; there are more parties held towards the end of October. Last year, the parties were held on Sundays instead of Mondays so things do change from year to year.

How about I just post previous year's dates and you can see for yourself.
