Q about Disney's new reservation system?

Hi, I noticed that this year's system is a little different than last years system (with dining reservations being linked to your room/ticket reservations as soon as you sign onto their site). My question is if you cancel your ticket/room reservations will you lose your dining as well? I know in the past you wouldn't but just wondering if anything changed. Thanks!

The dining reservations are linked to your website login, not your package. So, no, nothing happens when you cancel the resort reservation.
