My mom and I are going to WDW 4/28-5/5. We prefer travelling out of PVD because of the ease of driving to the airport vs. driving into Boston. I am out of practice in playing the airfare price game! I have found us decent fares of $155 each way/per person on Southwest. Should I hold out for better prices? Or just book that price now? I am signed up for DING but haven't received anything that applied since we decided to book our trip earlier this week.

We fly out of PVD too and can usually get it alittle cheaper than that. Tue/Wed are usually cheaper to fly. I went in October and went from a Sun-Wed(11 days) and paid $114 each way,but I just kept checking the site like crazy!!

I see an evening flight for $135 on Apr 28 and return morning flight for $135 as well.

We ended up booking the $155 flight down because we liked the time(10:45am-1:45pm) but now we're coming home Friday nite at 9:40pm so we can get the $135 fare. I was too much af a whimp to play the airfare waiting game. :) the rising gas prices made me nervous to take the risk.

KLW, have you thought about flying out of Worcester Airport? I have always flown SW out of PVD or Manchester. We are going in June this year and the airfares were so high! I decided to give Worcester a try and even with the baggage and seat fees the 3 of us flew for what they wanted for 1 ticket. The plane flies into Sanford but I am told it is not far from WDW. Weather will not be a concern when you are going and I think Direct Air may be running a special now. Just a suggestion you may want to check out> Good Luck and have a great trip!

I did actually consider that but one of our favorite parts of the trip is the magic express ride and we wouldn't have gotten that if we arrived at sanford so we decided the extra money was worth it. If we'd rented a car or booked mears or something it would've come out around the same so we're sticking with SW & MCO. :)
