I think we all know it's just a matter of time before we get the Polynesian Vacation Club & Grand Floridian Villas.

What resort do you think Disney will start working on first and what Building or Buildings at these two resorts will be converted into vacation club villas?

What are your thoughts?

My thoughts are where at those two resorts are they going to find the room to build? They will need to tear down an existing component, like they did at BLT. So I think it depends upon how desperate they are to build at those two locations.

We may see more offsite locations, like Hawaii, and another Disneyland location before they announce yet another WDW location. Remember, they already scrapped one WDW location that they had announced (Eagle Pines). If the economy doesn't improve quickly, and they don't find someone to sell all those loans to, they are liable to be short on reinvestment/building capital.
