About those Oreo bars- what the heck are those things doing in your house? Get them OUT of there! Try to keep healthy food on hand, and ready for snacking. Slice up some fruit, some celery, some carrots, and keep them in the fridge so you can just grab when you need them. Maybe keep some fat-free ranch dressing for dipping.
The Oreo bars, the brownies, the chips- anything else that is too tempting right now, needs to be BANISHED FROM YOUR HOUSE. I'm serious!!! If the treats are for DH and you feel that he needs them, STORE THEM IN THE TRUNK OF HIS CAR. Really. Otherwise, give them away or throw them out. Much better the evil treats go to waste than go to waist, yes?
If you can take control of the foods that are allowed into your house, it won't be nearly so hard to take control of what you eat.
