Purchasing Different Properties

If you purchase different properties direct at the same time, would the points combine for incentives?

Example: If I buy 150 VGF2 and 150 DLT at the same time, would I get the incentives for 300 or 150 (since they are different properties)? I doubt they'll even be on sale at the same time, but I am holding off on VGF2 for now (3 upcoming DCL trips, a Disneyland trip, a Universal Orlando trip, a Disneyland Paris trip, and an Aulani trip means no WDW until at least 2024). We go to Disneyland far more often, but they are always shorter trips. I'm waiting for the DLT point charts to see exactly how much of my 300 points I want to put toward each property. I just put an offer for 100 points via resale on Aulani, and I do not think we will need more than 400 points for a long time.

Yes, I did hear of people doing that at CCV and RIV

No. Each incentive goes with the particular property you are purchasing.

They have allowed it when the incentives are exactly the same.

But, any difference between them wont count. For example, because RIV and VGF have different incentives you can’t combine to reach higher levels.

It’s possible. They did it for riviera and CCV. But i would bet VGF is sold out again before DL goes on sale.

When they allowed it with RIV and CCV in 2020, they had different base prices but the incentives were the same.

So, if they do allow it, I think it could work with DLT and.VGF, even if priced differently.

But, you never know what they will do and those decisions never have to stay the same with each new offering.

Thanks everyone. I anticipate DLT will sell at a higher ppp. There is also a strong chance they will not be on sale at the same time anyway, but if they are, I thought I'd grab them together to combine incentives. Looks like that plan is out. I will just buy each as they pop up. Unless I want to rent the 2022 points on VGF, which I don't, I need to wait a while to purchase. My guide will call me if they get close to selling out though. I will rent them if I have to.
