purchasing 1 day hopper pass

Hello,
A few years ago we were able to purchase 1 day hopper passes at Ralph's grocery store in San Diego. Do the L.A. Ralphs or other grocery chains sell them? I'm not looking for discounted tickets just want to purchase them when we arrive in L.A. this week.

I know I've seen them at Vons (Safeway) and Albertson's within the past week or so.

Another option is The Disney Store (inside malls)

You can also purchase the tickets online through Disney and print them out. You will be able to go right to the turnstiles, just like with a voucher from a store.

If you download the Disneyland APP you can purchase your tickets and they can scan the bar code right from your phone so you don't have to print anything out.

Thanks for the replies and all the options. I had considered purchasing them on my phone but my family laughs at me b/c it seems if it can electronically go wrong...I have that special talent! I may feel better having something in my hands at the turnstile. Thanks again for the ideas!!!

I know what you mean by Murphy's Law striking when it comes to electronics! Whether you choose to buy a voucher from a store or purchase online then print, make sure to take clear photos of the barcodes on each ticket. That way you'll have a backup copy just in case you need it.

So if I print them out, you can go right to the turnstile? How do you get a ticket to use for FP's? Does it print one from the turnstile? I did call our local Disney store and they don't sell 1 day tickets there. I leave tonight for LA and I can't believe I still don't know what I'm doing lol

Yes, you go right to the turnstiles. They will scan your print out and the actual ticket will print out. They will likely have you sign/print your name on the ticket right then.
