Purchased disneyworld ticketa from Undercover Tourist but can not get them to link to my account?

I need help I have purchased tickets for my family from Undercover tourist but having a heck of a time getting them to link to my dianey account. They are the electronic tickets wondering if that is the problem but easier I thought. I have typed and also copy and pasted the number on e ticket to the site but still tells me isn't correct number. I have magicbands which I have not linked was thinking try to link them and then try again for tickets. Has anyone else had issues. I love Undercover tourist used them for all my different park tickets.

I had the same problem, I had to call Disney and have them link them for them to finally show up

Did u have the magicbands? If you did where they linked to your account? I use the app for everything easier that way I have it with us/ me at park as well.

Did you make sure it went through? That you got the notice that your e-tickets are ready?

With UT's WDW e-tickets we just entered in the reservation number and then it assigned ticket numbers to each of us. I think the difference between e-tickets and physical is e-tickets all of the ones for the order (which we had two people we were buying for under the same order) are under the same confirmation barcode whereas when you get physical tickets each physical card has its own number to enter.

Yes I got the notice saying the reservation number but it wouldn't work.

I’ve linked tickets scanning bar code. But they weren’t from UT. You may have to phone either UT or Disney. Good luck.

I had to call Disney and have them activate and link undercover tourist tickets to my magicbands for our past Christmas vacation. A small hassle but friendly cast member always willing to do it

I finally got mine to record. I had to go on the actually Walt Disney world site not the app. Now to get the magicbands too cooperate.

You can stop by guest services for a key card. You can scan Genie plus at the FP terminals, not sure if tickets to enter parks can be scanned through the app but that would make sense.
