Purchase Sunpass near Airport

I am going to be spending 26 days in Orlando over the next 6 months and renting a car.

There is a Walgreen's outside the entrance of the airport. Can I buy a transponder there and start to use it immediately on the rental?

I tried looking online to buy one. But that does not appear to be an option.

mails within 7 days . . .

technically they say it can take 24 hours for the new transponder to become active in the system . . . but adding a new TAG to the account is immediate once the account is established.

If you will be using this for rentals remember you want the $20 version and NOT the mini sticker . . . .
