Purchase Gift cards or park passes onboard?

DH is asking since we have a good amount of onboard credit can we buy Disney gift cards or theme park passes on board.

DCL no longer sells gift cards onboard.

I do not know about park passes, but I have never seen them advertised onboard.

We have extra spending money from the extra 25% and like ideas what to use it on. I know we can use it on these. Anything else?
