Can anyone tell me how comfortable or not these are? I am currently booked for next year in a 1 bdrm with my parents but am not sure if I should upgrade to a 2 bdrm. I am just worried that I may have problems with my back if it is very hard or if you can feel the bar.
Thanks in advance!:goodvibes

Kat!!!! I love the one bedroom... as soon as I get home I will post some pictures for you... the queen sofa is nice and comfy.. well the one in at Congress Bldg... I never had any problem with their sleeper sofa... queen/full size! Nice King side bed.... and roomy living room... which would be perfet for 3 occupant very comfortably.. but then I might be being bias since SSR is my home resort.. but I also loved the new refurbishes 1 bedroom BWV :confused3 :lovestruc

My dd thought it was fine, she is always annoyed she ends up on the pull out, so she likes to complain. This time she said it was fine. I laid on it and while it wasn't super soft you couldn't feel the bar. Better than the usual sofa bed.

The sleeper sofa at SSR isn't the type with the bar underneath. It's more of a platform with a memory foam mattress. OKW has this same style. BWV and BCV have the type where the cushions on the sofa stay attached and flip under the bed to help support it.

My two teen boys (both over 6' and 200lbs) say it's very comfortable. We have traveled a lot and they are quite vocal if they feel the bar in their backs. We have been known to take the mattress off and put it on the floor many times. We never have to at SSR.

personal opinion...sleeper sofas at SSR are fine for kids but will not be very comfortable for adults. I have persoanlly slept on one and it's just not the same as a real bed. Guess it just depends on you personal tolerance level.

I've slept on two different ones at SSR and they are ok, on the firmer side, but by the second night you'll probably get used to it.

If you can swing the points for the extra bedroom go for it. It would be nice for the privacy too in case your parents are up before you and want to walk around in the living room and kitchen.

It's great to hear that these are comfy enough as DD7 will be sleeping in one next April. :)
