Here's what we always take: The park bag and Vera Bradely mini-hipster are kept in the Disney box in between trips. when we go, we load up the park bag, and my Vera and we usually drive down the day before and stay off property and then wake up early, check-in (even though our room isn;t ready) and hit a park or two.
I posted this on FB a few weeks ago when someone asked what I take with me. Rea is my DD, age 3.
PARK BAG (small, mini-backpack that we usually keep on the stroller):
good ponchos
cheap poncho (used as a stroller cover)
pressed penny book
autograph book
Epcot passport
glowsticks (I awlays take extra and share the Disney magic with a sweet kid whose parents do not want to have to buy a glowstick/glow toy in the park)
sunscreen
chapstick
spray Neosporin (came in handy last year when Rea tripped walking up the ramp leaving the Indy Speedway)
Band-Aids
wipes (for cleaning tables to eat, hands after eating, cooling off on hot days)
tissue
Advil
tube of pennies/quarters for the pressed penny machines
spare Rea outfit
marker for autograph book (the characters love the clickable Sharpies)
dental floss (thanks to my dentist who gives trial sized boxes and this one tooth I have that ALWAYS get's food caught)
snacks
Rea water bottle
hand sanitizer
rubber bands//scrunchie (for Rea hair or my hair)
sunglasses
comb/brush
Amazingly, it all fits. I love my backpack. I also carry a Vera Bradley (
http://www.verabradley.com/product/Mini-Hipster/154799.uts) that is worn on my body at all times and holds -- money, park tickets, ID, a credit card, my point and shoot camera, and cell phne (Disney parks app is a must), and Fast passes when we get them. Once it's on me (across my body) it stays. This, from a girl who ALMOST lost her wallet by leaving it on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (scare of my life, that's why I bought the hipster).

Many of these are packed in our toiletry bags, but we also have them around for refill purposes.
