We are in the early stages of planning a Disney cruise - prefereably the 7day Western. I have 2 boys - 14 and 10. I would like to get one of the rooms with the pull down bunks so the boys don't have to share a bed. We are mostly interested in category 5 or 6 rooms. How do we find out which have the pull down bunks? Thanks in advance!

All the 5's and 6's that sleep 4 have bunks. Trust me there isn't room for a 2nd bed (or 4th bed depending on how you look at it.)

Hello leecoke- from what I've gathered so far from these boards and researching about the rooms, the only difference between a Cat #5 and #6 is the deck you're on. They are the same size and have the same amenities. On our 7 day Western it was about 200.00 more to be 1 deck higher and it didn't seem to make any difference at all.

Does anyone know the weight limit on the pull down bunks?

I don't remember exactly but it is on the side of the bed (I think) but from what I remember I think it was 220 lbs.

The weight limit is 220 Lbs, they are the size of a twin bed.
