What is included in a CS meal. Would a starter be included with a pizza?

Counter service meals do not include an appetizer or starter (unless you have a side item ordered as part of a combo meal).

Only if it is part of a combo (pizza plus salad listed together). If not, you would need to pay for the salad.

Nothing comes with the pizza (except drink and dessert). They are strict about drinks here as well only fountain drinks no bottled drinks including water. Things like the rotiss chicken do come with a choice of side like salad, fries, mac and cheese, or mashed potatoes. The entrees that include sides have it noted on the menu but definitely not the pizza or pasta dishes.
