Last night Cuddlebug (2.5 y/o) woke up with a fever. Waited until morning to take her to the pediatrician, found out she has a strep infection.
Anyway, doctor was writing up the Rx when he tells me that the antibiotic he was Rxing is on the "free" list of antibiotics at Publix (grocery store chain).
OMG! Why did I not know this before? We have gone through other rounds of abx in the past where we've had to get augmentin (sp?) and the classic pink stuff.....
Silly me paying my $10 insurance copay at Walgreens, when I could have gotten it for free at Publix (of course late night medication need hours don't work at Publix, but still...)
Anyway, just wanted to pass this info on.
Heading to Disney in two days (well leaving in two to drive part of the way) and then arriving at Disney early Sat. morning.
